No Complaints

We've had a lovely snowfall between yesterday and today. And while many aren't pleased--I don't have a single complaint.
Neither does Barbie.
It was this day one year ago that I first saw Barbie's picture.
One year ago tomorrow,
she came home with me!

    1. Haha yes it can be slightly rough on the house. Although honestly I think a smart dog and a smart owner makes for very little in the way of chewed furniture and accidents. But if you're unsure you could adopt an older dog! There are so many older dogs waiting for homes who are already housebroken and know commands.

    1. Haha! Thank you! I also love the contrast of black Barbie in the white snow :) haha I could happily live at Downton but I'm afraid not as Mary's husband! Lol! Or maybe I could hang in there just for the silver. But I don't like the odds of 100% of her "suitors" being dead!

That is so wonderful that your daughter has rescued so many dogs! I had no idea what a fulfilling thing it really is. Thanks for stopping by!

    2. Thanks, Stephen! Do you go by Stephen Andrew or Stephen?

    3. I pretty much go by Stephen but a lot of people who have known me forever call me Andrew or Andy (which I hate but chose myself in kindergarten because it had less letters to write)

  16. Hi there, found you via dear Faux Fuchsia. Love this post about Barbie, she is lovely and I am extra interested as I have a little dog Monty who is now almost a year old too. I love him so much. He has not seen snow yet as it has not snowed in this part of the UK this year, I can't wait to see his reaction to snow. Best Wishes Blighty
